Suppose we have a nice old trucks and a couple of months later he realized that form small bubbles of rust under the paint, one of the corners of the windshield.

Cargo Liners
Begins to cry and do not run on your body shop again. Old truck rust has no cure, but it's a normal thing. If blisters that less than half an inch wide to seeThe truck will be consumed immediately. You have time until the problem is serious. The bubbles you see are only a warning sign that the issue requires your attention.
I do not think you get the wrong idea and think that I must tell you, do not worry about the first signs of corrosion. It's not what I say and do not consider myself an expert, can give you advice on what to do. I am alone with my experience with my 1954Chevy Truck.
When I bought the corrosion pickup had almost every part of my old truck stop. I disassembled the truck and everything has a complete restoration. The first thing we did was get rid of sanding all metal parts from corrosion. There were holes in several places and they were all patched. In short, the truck came from the restaurant with no rust at all.
About three years later, I saw some bubbles under the paintThe bottom of the windshield and right front fender. Old truck rust is back. I could do three things: the anti-rust paint removed from these two points, still waiting for the truck or just. As subject to delays, I decided to wait.
Four more years passed and during that time many other points of corrosion have been behind the scenes, and found the cab of the truck bed. The first two bubbles of rust around the windshield and the bottom of the right, was very much largerwhen they were discovered for the first time.
The solution? A new coat of paint needed for the old truck will be used. After almost eight years ago there were several scratches and the paint begins to fade. I found a good body shop and had rust stains, before a new coat of paint to remove the truck was used. It looks good and now is a good feeling to look up and see that there is no corrosion to be seen.
But I have no illusions. There is no corrosion to be seen on myTruck now, but the nature of work and are rust coming back. Old truck rust keeps coming back. It may already be developing invisible places, like under the cab, fender, under the bed and so on. I do not mind, but I can keep my eyes open and if I have a small bubble under the paint that I can solve the problem immediately or wait to see until a few years.
An important tip to help with the prevention of corrosion: Keep the car in the garage. In this way the wateronly attack when the truck driven in the rain or during washing.
So my advice is keep your eyes open and occasionally a check to see if your vehicle to develop all the points of rust. And remember these words, you can wait a while 'for the good and ready to tackle the problem, but make sure you do it or you lose your car to rust.
The removal of the old truck rust should not be difficult or expensive, however. In our next article we will tell youhow to remove the rust with vinegar!
